This Week’s Menu

Not quite Menu Monday this week. The inlaws visited this past weekend and I am still catching up. We had a great time when they were here & spent tons of money - but more on that later. This week we’re eating out of the freezer & cabinet as they are chock-a-block full and I’d like to thin them out a little before vacation in 2 weeks.
Monday: Breakfast for dinner - scrambled eggs
Tuesday: Me - dinner with friends, Cory - PB&J
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Grilled Mahi Mahi with pineapple salsa, veggies
Friday: Stuffed shells from the freezer
Saturday: Dinner out with friends
Sunday: Something else from the freezer - probably chicken
Pretty boring. Check out Sharon’s menu for something a little more exciting.
