Pantry/Freezer Challenge
In the past couple of weeks, my grocery shopping has mostly been adding to the freezer and pantry. My cabinets are stuffed full. Since my husband is away on business, I decided to challenge myself to not do any grocery shopping until he comes back and use some of the stuff we had on hand.
This will require a little creativity, some different combos, and actually remembering to move things from the freezer into the fridge. Oh, and at least 1 meal at my parents’ house.
This week’s grocery money will go to savings next weekend.
As the grocery store is one of my favorite places (no joke), this will be a little difficult. I may need to make a quick run for fruit, but I will try to abstain. Menu Monday will be… interesting this week.
