Menu Monday - Whirlwind Edition

After being out of town all last week, I was hoping to get things back to normal, but it’s just not going to happen quite yet. We returned from NJ late last night and are running ragged pretty much all week. I’m going to try to pop into the grocery store for a few things later this week, but mostly I’m going for convenient and speedy dinners. I know if I attempt anything too complicated, I’ll probably ditch it and get take out.
Monday: Chicken Sausage & Chips
Tuesday: Both of us will be at a networking event in Boston and will eat there
Wednesday: Meatball Paninis
Thursday: Pasta with Squash & Sausage
Friday: Sesame Shrimp
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Father’s Day Cookout with my parents
