Menu Monday - Keep it Flexible

I’ve always enjoyed making a menu for the week, but I very rarely follow it to a T. Either I forget to buy an ingredient, I run out of something, or I don’t feel like making what I had planned. The trick is to figure something else out that will work with what I have on hand. For example, last week I planned to make grilled chicken with bread salad, but instead made chicken paninis using the same ingredients. The menu isn’t rule, more like a guideline.

Monday: Sloppy Joes & Garden Salad

Tuesday: Pineapple Chicken Tenders

Wednesday: Unbelieveable Chicken, Frozen Veggies

Thursday: me - dinner at a friend’s house, C - leftovers

Friday: Taco Salad

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Shrimp Kabobs & Baked Potatoes
