Menu Monday - Fall Soups Edition

Back to your regularly scheduled weekly menu! Work and life have finally calmed down this week enough so I could go grocery shopping and plan a menu. I don’t think anyone is really interested in reading about me heating up leftovers from the freezer or making cheese quesadillas for dinner.
After we turned the clocks back, it made me really want to make homey, wintery comfort food, so this menu reflects the change!
Monday: French Onion Soup
Tuesday: Ham Steaks & Mashed Potatoes
Wednesday: Me - Business Dinner; Cory - Leftover soup
Thursday: Dinner with my brother
Friday: Loaded Baked Potato Soup
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Spinach Pies
